National Teacher Day is always the Tuesday of the first full week of May. And it is always for our students to give our special thanks to our lovely teacher.
I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine ang smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our buliding.
Then my teacher came to me, she said she knew what I was afraid of, she aslo told me that's very common like many yong people of my age. 本學期，我擔任高二年級文科班的英語教學工作。在工作中，本人遵守學校各項制度，按時出勤、上課、組織學生晨讀，積極參加市里及學校組織的各種教學活動，嚴格要求自己，虛心向老教師請教，結合本校的實際條件和學生的實際情況，認真備課、聽課、及時反思，使教學工作得以有計劃，有組織，有步驟地開展。
立足現在，放眼未來，為使今后的工作取得更大的進步，現對本學年的教學工作總結如下:
首先，我分析了文科班學生實際情況:普遍英語底子差，基礎薄，學習惰性大。所以針對這個實際情況，決定采取堅持“夯實基礎，狠抓雙基，改進學法，激發興趣，提高能力”的指導思想。以此激發學生的學習興趣，不斷提高學習成績。
其次，我做到認真備課。上好一堂課難，但是要備好一堂課更難。在備課之前，對教材內容做到心中有數，并參考相關資料，認真鉆研教材，確定重難點;同時，備課不僅要備教材，而且還要備教法;除此之外，更要備學生，根據學生的實際情況(即學情)采用適合易于他們接受的教學手段，不斷培養學生的學習英語的興趣。認真寫好教案，對每一節課都做到“有備而來”，課后及時對授課做出反思，總結其中不足。并按照單元將語法知識整理成語法學案，分發給學生，以便學生課后記憶，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓勵，少批評。為了使學生更愛開口，在練習中，要重視運用鼓勵性語言，不斷強化學生參加交際的信心。
授課之后，做到精講精練。針對單詞，搜集一些針對性的單詞題，課前利用時間做一個單詞測試，直接把單詞放在具體的語境中去理解。鑒于學生的基礎薄弱，或是沒有理解語境，無法補充所缺信息;或是知道是哪個詞，不是拼寫有誤，就是該詞的詞形不對。所以單詞還有待于加強鞏固練習。在每單元結束時，會針對該單元教學重點難點，精簡一些習題供學生練習鞏固所學知識。習題或是從調研題選擇，抑或是從其它套題或網絡上選擇具有針對性的習題供學生練習。
認真批改作業。布置作業時，堅持做到有針對性，有層次性，形式多樣化。每個學生對課堂上的知識掌握程度，都會在作業中得以直接體現出來。對于難度較大的題目，學生出現錯誤較多的作業，課上利用時間統一詳細講評每個錯誤;對于學生不該出現的問題，指導學生及時糾正。每周進行兩次聽寫測試，對所學新單詞、新短語、好句子進行聽寫。認真及時地批改聽寫。并針對學生的聽寫情況，認真透徹地進行講評，根據其情況不斷改進教法。從而做到因材施教，教學相長。
經過一個學期的努力，期末考就是一種考驗。無論成績高低，都體現了我在這學期的教學成果。我明白到這并不是最重要的，重要的是在本學期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英語成績。

高二英語教師工作總結范文【二】
本學期我擔任高二203和206兩個班的英語教學工作，剛接手這兩個班時，通過和學生交流了解到多數學生對英語學習興趣不濃，覺得背單詞和語法很枯燥，背過后不久就忘記了。看到英語文章滿眼是生詞，本來想好好看的，可是看一會后講什么內容不明白，就不想看下去，時間久了就討厭英語了。在講授第一課的時候，我按照自己的教學設計，上了一堂自認為明白易懂而又不死板的課，認為教學效果如期理想，結果后來下課一調查，一聽同學們反應，才知道我講的口語大部分同學反應跟不上，而教學的部分內容同學們有的以前從來未學過。于是，我在課后更多的主動走近學生，與他們聊天談心，增進彼此的了解，從而更進一步了解了學生的狀況.一方面，學生英語聽，說的能力相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學，同學們還不能適應。另一方面，203班的同學雖然比較活躍，上課氣氛積極，但中差生占較大多數，尖子生相對較少。因此，講得太深，沒有照顧到整體。由此可以看出，了解及分析學生實際情況，實事求是，具體問題具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教育學中提到的“備教法的同時要備學生”。這一理論在我的教學實踐中得到了驗證。因此為了提高學生的成績，結合我的學生實際，把我的教學分成五個階段。
第一階段，主要是培養學生對英語的學習興趣，布置任務給小組去，講故事或者演電影，小品，上課時的前10分鐘在全班同學面前表演，這些學生真有表演天賦，有時令全班同學捧腹大笑，一個小組一次輪流著來，經過大約2個月的訓練，同學們喜歡上了英語。
英語是語言。困此，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學生多讀，多講，多練。為此，在早讀時，口語操練時，我充分利用有效時間，發現問題及時糾正。對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式，提高他們的能力。
第二階段，狠抓詞匯，交會學生通過語音，構詞法，詞性，諧音等方式讓學生背單詞變輕松，每天背誦至少30個單詞，循環復習，配合閱讀文章加強理解鞏固?，F在我的學生不再害怕背單詞了。
第三階段，由于下學期升入高三9月份就要考英語聽力，多數學生的聽力能力薄弱，聽不懂，要求每天晚上7：30-7:50集中進行聽力訓練，同時教給學生一些基本的聽力技巧。比如帶著問題去聽，抓重點，注意not，however，thanks等轉折詞后才是說話者真正要表達的意思，在聽的過程中適當的對數字等信息做簡單的筆記。
第四階段，精講多練是我采取的另一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學做好筆記，掌握知識重點難點，然后給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固，課后留有適當不同層次的作業讓不同層次的學生去練習，這樣通過精講，多練，讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識，在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時，我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本，在我每次評講習題的過程中，把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上，以便于平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明，這一方法切實可行，行之有效。
第五階段，從20xx年起云南省的會考要記入高考總分，為了使每一個學生得到這2分，我利用15天左右的時間重點訓練會考題，使學生對會考加以重視，并在考試中取得好成績。
